Frances Kahn Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t perfect, we offer a simple self-serve return option for eligible items.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Fee:
A flat $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Visit our website and log in to your account (using the email used at checkout).

  2. Go to your Order History and select the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Click Start a Return.

  4. Follow the instructions to complete your return request.

  5. Print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop off your package at the carrier indicated.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original condition.

  • Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, your refund (minus the $15 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
