Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (trunk shows, sales events, holidays) processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping methods and costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free standard shipping on all orders over $250.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Local pickup
Pickup is available at our Richmond and Virginia Beach locations. Select "Pickup in store" at checkout and choose your preferred location. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost, delayed, or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it's lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at rusty@franceskahn.com or call +1 800-523-3193. We'll work with the carrier and with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement, refund, or reshipment.
